I heard people were having problems with full screen? Here's the solution if there's still a problem. Right click the program and go to properties. Go to compatibility and press change high dpi scaling behavior. You should be able to full screen with alt enter as normal.

I really didn't think I'd ever read something like this on this forum. But I want you to know that you should do what you feel is right, you had a lot of problems and you should get your life together first. I don't know you, you don't know me, we probably live in different countries. But my advice as a former homeless guy who lived in a homeless shelter, is to focus on what you think is best for your life. This is coming from someone who is 31 years old and doesn't know what he wants in life, but who tries to help those who are worse off than me.

Not sure if you still need help but I'll try to go off of my memory.
The mermaid is in the town you can go when you sleep. She is in one of the buildings, you have to go into the room twice i think.
The Naga stuff you get in the same town in a different building.
The minituar milk you get in the mine where you have to push the cart.
If you don't want to do that after you talk with the mermaid they can allow you to skip finding her and bring her straight there. After you do this stuff you should be able to go to Gamora.
If this wasn't what you wanted, my bad.
