Do I still need to download the english patch or do the main links have the patch applied already?

Download torrent quoted at top of thread. Mount and install. Copy Utawarerumono Voice Patch dir files from torrent files into game directory. Use the utaware-voice.exe file to start game. Is spoken Japanese, text is in English.

I played through the game and saw I unlocked all the art but two CG - I downloaded the full save to see what I missed. It was Aruruw in some lake with Gacatar and she was naked. Does that scene actually happen in game or is it just some leftover CG that was not utilized? I was under impression you unlock everything from single playthrough since the choices seemingly don't matter - you get to play every scene.
