It's a glitch when you have the multimod and the incest patch at the same time.

I’ve made a request for moderation to tag this mod as “abandoned,” since it hasn’t received any updates after 2022 and doesn’t seem compatible with the current game version. At least, from what I remember, it causes bugs. I doubt the modder plans to continue developing this mod after such a long time has passed. It’s really unfortunate, but that’s just how it is.

Yeah, sorry, but honestly, if the staff hadn’t done something, people would’ve just kept popping in to ask why the mod isn’t working, why it’s not updated, when the next update is, and all that. I just felt like it made more sense to clear things up for everyone. ^^

I was encountering a bug using this mod on about the 4th screen in. The following steps got me past the bug I was having and playing the game bug free for the past hour or so. Obviously I am not too far into the game yet, but fingers crossed this works out

1. Download UnRen-1.0.11d from here.

2. Place extracted .bat into the same directory as "Shelter.exe"

3. Run the .bat file

4. Run option 1, wait for it to end. Then run option 2. Wait for it to end. Close out the .bat

5. Download mod.

6. Go into the "game" folder of the actual Shelter game (not the mod!). We want to delete the following files "script.rpy" and "script.rpyc".

7. Copy the "script.rpy" and "script.rpyc" from the mod folder into the Shelter game folder.

8. In the mod folder, there is another folder titled "images". Copy the contents (a folder named "mod" and a file named "shelter_title.png" of this image folder into the games image folder. Overwrite the existing "shelter_title.png" file.

9. In the mod folder, there is another folder titled "events". Copy and paste all the files from the modded events folder into games events folder. Overwriting any files as needed.

Ignore the lib and renpy folders that came with the mod. They are empty. Hopefully this helps anyone wanting to use this mod.
