It's a good possibility that it'll get done.

you could go into RPG maker MV and move all the files from the game to the folder of a project your editing. than translate the text in the data base and map events. than move all the files back to the original game folder.

you could try doing it with google translate. just copy the text, paste it in translate, and finally copy and paste it into the rpg maker.
