If ive ever seen an overrated game this would be it, story is meh at best but thats not the worst part, it claims to have a vn mode which just isent true, in the so called VN mode your still playing sandbox shit what they call VN is just a cheat so you have max gold and such but the hole game play is still sandbox which has nothing to do with VN if anything its more of a KN due to the linear questlines......so this is a sandbox game not a visual novel and the only choices doing this game is if you want to rape them or fuck em in some other way....and thats pretty much whats it about, MC an alpha gigachad fucking everyone he wants in whatever way you pick.

Theres simply just way to much forced sex in this one, you have to be into everything from small to insanely big saggy tits, from slim to very fat girls, from young to granny..... i just cant get over how this ever got rated so highly......

Sandbox is extremly boring, fighting is boring, atlest fighting can be skipped, but everything feels more like work then anything else, your forced to read everything or you cant progress at some parts or you can use a walkthrough which i just dont want to waste time on in a porn game.

And yes this is a pure porn game which makes it even more shitty, fuckfest games are just not something i find fun, when you have sex without knowing the girls and with out any relationship build-up, it just feels meaningless and pointless and thats all there is in this game, you follow a linear questline and it ends in MC fucking someone....whats the point?...

Even when you trow girls well womans since they do look way to old 90% of the time, anyways when you trow them into the dungeon your freaking forced to fuck them? why? makes no sense....really shows how low quality game is when it comes to choices.

Then theres the girls, sure there is a little diversity at times but mostly its aimed for people with big tit fetish and i mean huge ugly and saggy tits and when your forced to be with them, game just becomes a turn-off if you arent into that shit which im just not.
Also the girls arent hot lets be real.....how some people call em hot i have no clue, my guess is they just look at big tits and go blind, its just to damn weird.

Alot of scenes arent even animated and those that are animated arent that good ether and funny enough 2 of the girls both small tits has 0 animated scenes...that should have been fixed ages ago since its some of the first you meet in game...

Music is standard generic type which gets boring.

There is nothing like Vae Victis in the world of adult games. It ticks all of my boxes: pretty models, conquest, rudimentary realm management, breeding, elaborate quests, a complete bastard of a protagonist, interesting worldbuilding with different races, excellent humor and dialogue, all in one immersive package.

I'm so impressed with this project, I bought it on Steam. I truly believe no other game is as uniquely positioned as Vae Victis. It should please VN enthusiasts, Paradox Interactive enjoyers who felt a part of them die inside after XXXivilization's unceremonious abandonment, appreciators of maledom breeding at its finest, you get the idea, the game is a gem. Don't sell it or the dev short.

While the graphics are good the gameplay is terrible. You either have hard as balls gameplay, with a constant juggling of resources that are always ONLY enough to do anything (and this really bugs me, if you are going to create the need to grind, allow me to make my kingdom overpowered as shite with grinding) or VN mode, and I HATE VN.

As it stands this game is not worth the shit ton of space required to have it on my laptop, and I am frustrated I just wasted several hours playing.

This game is not perfect, but it is one of the best maledom AVN there is, created by an intelligent and talented person, who is consistent, always improving and obviously highly dedicated to this project.

What type of maledom?

There are different ways of treating such subject. For instance, BDSM-games are different from rape-simulators (think 'Raptus', for instance), corruption games (is there anything better than 'Hero's Pary Must Fall'?..) are different from fuckfests, etc. There are various shades and sub-genres of maledom in the adult media, that's what I am trying to say.

How, then, 'Khan' works in this department? The game gives you some variance on the way you treat the girls, but this is first and foremost an alpha-male power fantasy. The main character is strong, intelligent, very cocky and successful. The story isn't about a weak man who finally got to dominate others (a popular trope, as you might know), but about a powerful individual in the world where might makes right. That's why this game has a lot of netori content, for instance.

The game usually offers you two approaches. Both are dominant, but one is straight up rape, which no one, except for the main character, enjoys, and the second one is more of a taming, conquering. You may feel that there is hardly a difference, but when we talk about extreme kinks, some details are needed. Basically, it is either a story about 'conquering and taming' or 'raping and destroying'. This game is one of the only titles which gives you an opportunity to choose between these two routes. And this is great! It is good to play something which gives you some manuevre, allowing you to dark things, without forcing you to be a violent psychopath with no chance of turning back.

But is it generally good?

The overall quality of the game is quite impressive. Even if this game doesn't really try to tell a legit, meaningful story, it is not a hollow fuckfest, while still being heavily-focused on adult content and being honest about it. I also like how this is not a sandbox title, but is not plot-driven as well. You have certain quest hubs, and each of them is played like a simple short AVN. This is refreshing and fun. There are a lot of mini-games of sorts, some about kingdom management (nothing too fancy, I guess it is simply there for some variety), some simplistic fightings, and so on. It works relatively well.

Overall, this is a great find if you like maledom stories. I feel there is nothing that can be compared to 'Vae Victis'. I have to admit that this game fits my kinks rather well (with some exceptions, for instance, I don't really get breeding fetish), so my opinion may not be fair.

It's an interesting concept. You're a conqueror in the making and the game actually allows you to pull a Genghis, i.e. you can legit rape people. It's a great power fantasy style of game...or at least it would be.

But the actual game itself is kind of ass. Renders are okay but the animations are terrible (well, most Daz3D games have terrible animations so it's nothing new). It's really hard to find anything truly sexy in this game. The idea is often great, the models are great, but the act itself always is executed so shoddily that it's just not hot. None of the sex in this game is actually any good when it comes down to it.

It also doesn't help that the actual game aspect of the VN sucks. The Civilization ripoff overworld is okay, but half the scenes in the game are locked under "infiltrations". Which requires 90's era dogshit adventure game type of point and click. Yet another proof that porn VN makers just aren't actual game developers, they have no idea what "fun" is. This isn't it.

So a 3 star it gets. Could be better, but probably won't ever be.

Edit: I wrote this without reading other reviews, only to be pretty surprised to see that every other review had the same issues as I did lmao. Yeah, the porn really is mediocre.

Tons of people have pointed out the myriad issues with this game and they are all valid, the animations were dated at release and now they take away more than they add, the "story" for all its set up as just boils down to gary sue MC steamrolling people, succeeding at every turn (lest you get a game over).

Even if you play as the dev intended and "grind" (click skip button with an autoclicker) you dont feel like a conqueror, you talk to a handful of people, walk aimlessly around an area looking for something, rape/seduce some lady and then spam wait again until you win the single button click war/skirmish, Cheating only removes the boring wait and lets you get to the below average animations with similarly below average writing (MC talks about how much he loves raping mostly) Maybe the incest can work for some but after seeing the main gameplay/sex loop I was not going to spend the time to find out

I really want to like this game. It's a nice power fantasy and the impregnation kink is pretty high on my list. I also actually really like the kingdom builder game from a conceptual level.

Unfortunately, the empire management mechanic is clunky and mostly amounts to clicking skip over and over, since so much of the income is RNG dependent and slow, but there is little to no time pressure (how long are we the same 29 yr old playboy?). I know there's a button to skip through this, but then why include it at all?

More importantly though, the porn is just mediocre. The scenes get repetitive quickly and the animations are mechanical and simplistic. The writing lacks much in the way of buildup, with characters rapidly going from frightened of our player avatar to begging to have his babies, sometimes in a matter of sentences. Like many harem games, quantity is taken to be a quality all its own, but that quality is like Kirkland Signature.

This game technically belongs here, it is technically a renpy vn and adult game, but the game play is unrecognisable (you may find you like that , but just don't expect a typical renpy experience)

The game is a very long tedious rpg, where resources you need increase by a trickle over many many many 'turns' like a mobile game, while you manage a 'kingdom' on a strategy map, with fetch quests and rng combat (both negatives I think)

The majority of this game then, is just waiting waiting waiting until you can build something waiting waiting waiting until you can attempt an rng battle, interceded with occasional infiltration fetch quests

The adult stuff is quite tacked on - you can commit rape after a battle or ask for sex from hostages. You can for the most part avoid sex with those you dont want, but then it pretty much blocks off any interaction with them. Some are only available in a pair.

Excellent graphics. The idea of the game is good, the graphics are normal. There are very few games with such content. Most games are made in the form of a sandbox, there are few similar strategies with such content. I would add another genre to the game like lesbis, such as captured queens satisfying each other to the delight of the khan. + to raise the morale of the army, I would give them the best women from the occupied territories.

Like many games, this game fails as a NSFW title and bores us with a bad text-to-lewd-scenes ratio.

And that's sad because the premise could be so great: Conquer countries of different species (Orks, elves, humans and so on..) and then enslave women, bang the shit out of the towns, go on numerous adventures with tons of sex scenes to explore in all colors, shapes and varieties.

Instead, the game is drowning us with text. Tons of text. On the overview map we do stuff like constructing buildings in the countries we conquered, move or troops and defend and attack adjacent countries.

Sounds fun? No. Because all you see is text. You play rock-paper-scissors, you hit "fight" and see numbers going down but that's it. The management part of your various lands is plain, boring and tedious. You have to do it over and over again, skipping days in bulk (because stuff needs time), while getting attacked here and there. Not much happening.

Now you can either attack a land directly or go on some sort of infiltration missions from within. This is not really a choice, because 90% of the game happens in the latter, so you choose the latter.

The missions are very long, with a lot of text - often boring text you coulnd't care less about - with very few sex scenes. Often you will only find 1 or 2 girls you can bang in the entire country - yes, no joke. I know, the preview page looks like there's tons of adventures, but that's not the case. You'll easily play 2-3 hours for 1-2 sex scenes.

The sex scenes then, with only one or two different women per country, are as disappointing as the amount of women you can have sex with. Often they're not animated, which makes them fall behind even more versus the animated ones. There's not much poses, variety or choices and the sex scenes are only a few images.

As an NSFW game, this game fails miserably. Another game with fantastic potential wasted by not respecting the time of the player and not realizing, it's a lewd adventure, not a casual game.

Amazing game. A lot of strattegy, government management, and a lot of fucking scenes, with a various species of women.
Nice gameplay. And you can even get girls pregnant.

Wow, I'm really enjoying Vae Victis - Khan ! The story has me hooked, especially because the characters are so interesting. All characters are definitely a standout.

The visuals are also impressive. The character models are beautiful, and the environments are well-designed.

Overall, this is a fantastic game! It easily gets a 10 out of 10 from me. The characters are engaging, the story is interesting, and the visuals are top-notch. Definitely worth checking out!

In this game you have:
*Khan that breeds like rabbits
*free choices between romance or more...forceful approach to everyone or everything.
*the latter approach can be very funny. Khan does know how to be mean.
*almost perfect execuses for every war crime so that you don't really feel guilty (well Khan never does)

The main problem (for me) is that many ladies are too big and/or old to my tastes. Some looks old enough to be khan's grandma.

Deffinetly one of the better Ren'Py games out there.

The story is pretty good with a lot of options to be either good or evil, with a lot of women you can romance, and add to your harem or if you hate them for some reason throw them in your dungeon. And althought the story is still pretty linear, you can aproach the story in different ways, without the game ever restricting you to the good or evil choice, becouse you chose the good option 5 times before so now your character is too good to do the other thing. You can deffinetly get at least 2 playtroughs out of this game both with all sorts of different scenes.

Gameplay is great! for the stardard of porn games which doesn't mean mmuch. Combat is very easy simple, despite it looking complicated at first sight, once you get the hang of it you will never again lose but it does get the job done of making you feel like you really defeated your enemy. The kingdom management is where the game shines, although its not really on par with a proper management game, and it is rought along the edges with some bugs regularly and poor optimization. I had fun with it, I was always pretty exited to get back into managing the kingdom and seeing numbers rize

As for the sex scenes, the game has a ton of them with all sorts of different characters, most of the characters look nice, but there are quite a lot of ugly ones, the game doesn't go overboard with fetishes, but it has quite a lot of Rape and Netori you can chose to do, as well as a lot of Vanilla and pregnant sex, which you can also chose to see. So yoeah game is pretty great on this part.

Overall, while the game is somewhat glitchy and the renders are pretty ugly at times, the game is really fun, and can deffinetly suck you in for quite a lot of hours.

I really liked the concept of this game. You're not going to find any deep stories here, but it really just activates my simple monkey brain neurons to conquer different countries piece by piece and collect new queens for the MC's harem like Pokémon, with the option of doing it through force and enslaving them, or taking a more gentle romantic path, or at least as romantic as a brutal conqueror gets. It's a porn game, so it doesn't HAVE to be completely realistic, lol. The game does pretty much exactly what it sets out to do and what I expected of it.

The game generally has decent graphics when it comes to male and female interactions, but the field for managing the kingdoms stinks pretty badly in comparison.
The troop management system is really awful – the downward spiral triggered as soon as obedience and morale values drop makes the whole thing a sham – you get 4 troops, but two of them have to replenish a group of troops that deserted due to low obedience. Consequently, you have too few troops, so your residents first burn down your built structures like temples or gold mines – which causes your morale and/or obedience values to plummet. Who seriously wants to deal with this ridiculous mechanic – a battle that should be finished in three rounds turns into hundreds of game rounds where you’re standing with your feet on your hands. The whole rock/paper/scissors combat system is also unnecessary – it just artificially extends the gameplay time because you constantly have to go back to your saved game. Apart from that, the quests and the story are very nice – that’s why I still have 2.5 stars in my pocket, I can’t give half stars, so I think something should be said about the army cap – neighboring kingdoms have a cap, you have a cap – so you don’t need a map, your whiny team can only gather the kingdom that deploys the fewest troops in several waves. So, I’m withdrawing the half star I wanted to give, leaving two. Have fun with the game.

Ganz mies ist das Management System um Truppen zu sammeln - die Abwärtspirale die ausgelöst wird sobald der Gehorsam-Wert und Moral bereits gering nachgeben macht das ganze zu einer Scheinveranstaltung - Du bekommst 4 Truppen von denen aber zwei bereits eine Gruppe von Truppen auffüllen müssen, die wegen zu geringer Gehorsamkeit desertiert sind. Daraufhin hast Du zu wenig Truppen, deshalb brennen deine Bewohner erstmal deine gebauten Dinge wie : Tempel oder Goldminen ab - woraufhin deine Werte von Moral und/oder Gehorsamkeit einknicken - Wer will sich ernsthaft mit dieser bescheuerten Mechanik beschäftigen - aus einem Angriff der eigentlich in drei Runden abgefrühstückt würde, werden hunderte von Spielrunden in denen man mit den Füssen auf seinen Händen steht. Das ganze Stein/Schere/Papier Kampfsystem braucht auch kein Mensch - das verlängert nur die Spielzeit künstlich, weil man immer wieder zu seinem gespeicherten Spielstand zurückkommen muss. Abgesehen davon sind die Quests und die Story sehr nett - deshalb habe ich hier noch 2 einhalb Sterne in der Tasche, halbe Sterne kann ich nicht verteilen, dann denke ich sollte man zu der Obergrenze der Armee noch etwas sagen - benachbarte Königreiche haben eine Obergrenze, Du hast eine Obergrenze - somit brauchst Du keine Karte, deine weinerliche Mannschaft kann nur in mehreren Wellen immer das Königreich einsammeln, das die wenigsten Truppen hinstellen kann. Ich ziehe also meinen halben Stern den ich geben wollte dafür wieder ab, bleiben zwei. Viel Spaß mit dem Spiel.

When I first saw the game, I thought I might like it, but as soon as I started playing it, my enthusiasm dropped very quickly. The gameplay is frankly not what I'm used to with VNs. It requires a lot of grinding. Some of the missions switch to sandbox mechanics and I found these parts a bit confusing. I mean, the combination of so many different mechanics created a big mess in the game. You can also skip the sandbox parts if you want, but then you'll miss a lot of content. The renders and animation quality are not very good. Some scenes don't even have animation. I also didn't like the story and the main character. If it continues to be developed in the future, I will try again, but for now I am taking a break.

I'm a developer too, and I'm constantly playing other games to grow as a better writer. I used to hate the first-person writing style until I played this game.

The developer is superb; his writing immerses you in the world with just the right amount of world-building and a plethora of gameplay systems!

This game is top-notch. I'm still playing it since I haven't finished yet, but it's a must-have for everyone. My husband even wishlisted it on Steam and plans to buy it soon.

If I have anything negative to say about it, it would be that the duel system is based on guessing rather than stats and dice rolls, but that's just a personal preference!

For another cartoon porn game this one is top notch. If I remember correctly this is the devs first game and he deserves many praises for this game. Some portions are pretty challenging. Lots of variety and choices to make to fit your play. Well done and one of my top ten.

What is best in life?

Yeah, Conan would be pretty proud of the khan in this game. A man who, with a little help, break free from his evil mother's control, claims a bit of land, and proceeds to, one at a time, take over and conquer thew neighboring nations and fuck their queens. But man, the number of illegitimate heirs he is making is gonna come back to bite him in the butt.

The game is more or less split between two modes. There's the kingdom management mode, where you allocate resources, construct buildings, move the army around, and decide on who to attack next. Then there's the infiltration/spy missions, where it plays out more like a visual novel with a few different outcomes. And depending on how you handle those mission, you can potentially earn more allies, take out more enemy forces, and just be better prepared for the eventual showdown with the ruler of the nation you are messing with.

You can also visit your keep/castle, where you keep the rulers and other women you have collected along the way. Either keeping them as sex slaves, lovers, or just killing them. I generally just went the lovers route, as the payoff for it is the best in the long run. Think of it like the choice you get in killing or saving a Little Sister in BioShock, their death does result in immediate gains but the bonus for saving them all is worth it. Well, that is actually up to you, but I've made my point.

Generally this is a pretty competent porn game, having both a good "game" side to it, and some good amount of sexual content with plenty of variety in genres. Just don't think this to be something you can bang out in a night or two, even in its incomplete state (0.11.5) as of the time of this review, it took me a full week to unlock all the content. (1-2 hours of gameplay per day)
