I mean regardless, the tag should be applied, for some people on here whether or not a game has loli or shota is a pretty important thing to know, given there are some jurisdictions in the world that treat loli or shota content the same as **. I'd personally rather not get in legal trouble because I grabbed a game that includes illegal elements, because the game was improperly tagged.
