Does anybody knows how he makes those kinda animations? It is live2d? Wallpaper engine? Or there is an AI that does it similar?

Its 1 star because abandonment issues....
There is some many abandoned why not finish one ? I mean the time and effort to release 10 Projects with 1-2 updates damn xD

It's more likely due to the dev's bad history. Simply checking the link to the dev's other games you find a total of 16 games with 13 of them "Abandoned" and zero "Completed".

Hey all, it’s sad that this dev has such a bad reputation for developing games, the women in this game look absolutely stunning, what a waste, maybe we’ll all get lucky and the dev will finish this game
