The MC is traveling through some tower, you click on the various vampires to defeat them. I remember one of the vampires was bald. You can upgrade the auto attack and your manual attack. You gain points and can unlock the vampires you defeat. After unlocking the vampires you need to unlock the scenes, either going the female domination or male domination route. I played it maybe 7 years ago. I wonder if its even on here anymore.
