I'm trying to remember the name of a pretty recent vampire incest game. It's not a standard reading type vn; it was more point and click. At the very beginning the MC (young male) gets turned into a vampire. You wake up at the base of this vampire boss and a girl that's with him. You need to pick a power/skill -- eg stealth. Soon you go back home, where you live with mom (and I think sister though not much interaction there yet). You have to periodically "hunt" to feed on blood or else game over. the game had animation too as I recall.
