Good for a 0.1 Version.

Stamina reg. is to slow and forces you to wait after jumping, so you can go with full stamina into battle.
You can get grabed to easily.
I was not able to get out of it even ones. I don`t understand why, feels like my inputs where not registered or the prompt for it is off. Every time you miss input you lose progress, so spamming is not an option.
Escape attempt is tied to stamina, which i don`t like. It should be tied to health or a separate meter. Perhaps give a debuff if failed, because currently, you can just wait it out and stay up again.
Dash being tied to your "healthpotion" is questionable.
Animation are ok... i would say it`s slightly above average quality. But only 2x enemy types might be to small as sample.

Why are people praising the game? It has the most horrible controls ever.

Art style is great, but I'll wait for the full release. This is not a demo either, it's a prototype.

these are base controls for fps games, WASD for movement, C for crouch (OR CTRL but then C is for something else), and V for Melee/push to talk, only outlier is jump is W instead of Space.

Problem is that this ISN'T an FPS game, of course those controls make sense for an FPS, but this isn't that. Those controls are terrible for sidescroller action games

First time I've ever bothered saying stuff here but might as well have a go. The art? Fantastic, greatly crafted pixel art that's just gorgeous for a porn game. The gameplay? Fucking suffers. The escape system is just pure unintuitive garbage that doesn't even line up with the rythym shown. The basic combo is fine and the dash has utility in escaping hits, but the stamina meter does feel like it doesn't refills fast enough and the game really needs some kind of block function because otherwise you'll just get combo'd into said terrible escape minigame. Also yeah the controls do not feel natural to play with. WASD is fine for movement but you're really hurting for finger space with your attack keys.

Honestly this is early enough in development I really hope they get fixed, because this looks like it could be really fun otherwise.
