It really depends on what's your take on what is Vanilla and what isn't...Also if you enjoy VN, 2D or 3D mostly.
Anywhoo here are my suggestions:

=Aurelia - 2D Adventure Fantasy game where you click your romance away by getting laid with different girls from normal day-to-day humans to sexy flower plant stripper lady things. Art is niche and gameplay is fun and interactive.

=Love Esquire - A super underrated game, one of my personal favorites for sure. 2D Visual novel-ish game where you play the lowly rank of a squire building up relationships with 5 different women. Very fun and lots of content. Tho this game wasn't initially meant to be a h-game so keep that in mind and save often!

=Happiness Double Room - I recently played this one. Beautiful scenes and a deep story about letting go of all life's stress and letting yourself be taken care of. There are one or two endings that have obvious ntr content, I personally easily avoided them and enjoyed the game thoroughly.

=Teaching Feelings - A classic for sure, this one used to be my all-time favorite. But, as the year goes by, my tastes have changed and I now enjoy more...mature women in my games. Nonetheless, this game will forever hold a nice spot in my heart.

=Icha Icha Study - This game is as Vanilla as it gets. A pure visual novel where you go nonchalantly about your life and getting married and enjoying life with a cute lady.

=A House in the Rift - A pretty popular 3D game where you are trapped in a pocket dimension with several women and have to slowly learn magic to go send yourself and your partners back to their original world. A nice romance where you slowly learn about each girl and deepen your relationship with them through discussion, scenarios, and events.

=Mythic Manor - I Played this one a long time ago and there's a lot more content offered now. You're the caretaker of a complex with several...special people with each their own story and quirky problems.

I have no problem with playing anything 3d/2d whatever as long as it involves romance, some good story visual novel/rpgm also not a problem.
