I don't think you can in public versions, of which 0.8.3 is, even the torrent one.

Go into windows network settings and see if you are tunneling through a proxy

dude you need to just do what we said to do like 20 times now man. This guy literally told you all you need to do to fix it, that's how I did+ the fixes I mentioned

The gameplay was fine in the old versions but the author got the genius idea of absolutely destroying the gameplay turning the game into a boring "watch scene playout" game
