I have found the source of my issue, and it's similar to huak2123 above. It seems that when my display tablet is plugged in, the game doesn't take in my mouse and keyboard inputs. Turning the display off and restarting the game fixes it.
I am on Windows 10 and the display in question is a Kamvas 13.

Ok, I got it. Really weird detection of touchscreen devices by Unity, and happens only under Win10/11, never happened for me under Win7 that I use for development(and everything else). And of course it never happens when running from the editor, only in the final build. That's "advanced" new input system that "help developer's life" for you.
Will be fixed in the future releases.

Hmm, that's really weird. Touch is always just an additional input method in the game, I specifically made it so even when it enabled it is just addition to mouse. Mouse input never disabled or ignored. It is not reading only if OS explicitly says that there is no mouse device in the system and you can't read it. Also I never disable cursor in game.
Are you sure you don't have some weird settings in your OS that could disable mouse input? What OS are installed on your device? Maybe you are on the laptop with trackpad? Can you be a little more specific please?

This only happens in ver 0.16 and after I disable all the touch screen drivers the mouse works again, so it must be the problem.
The cursor and click animation is fine, it just doesn't take any effect.

Guys with the problems, can you please provide your machine specs? Especially if you have multiple monitor setup or touch-enabled screens? Because these bugs are genuinely new to me, never got anything similar on my machines.

My brother, is it possible to make the apk arm64 compatible? Right now it only has the armeabi-v7a libs so its pre 2019 standard. I think, if you're using Unity, that it has the tools to include 64 bits libs, maybe called arm64-v8a

I shall see what I can do. Just be warned that I don't know anything about android and only exported project in Unity with default settings in hopes that it works(and it seems to work for most).

Its quite easy, the unity engine actually gives you the option when exporting the final project, it even let's you export it as a bundle ready for Google Play which in turns make apps 64 bits compliant

I'll update web version with new games in near future but standalone version gone too far away from it, there wouldn't be any global updates for web version(it simply wouldn't work as it too big for web already).

Itch has temporarily delisted all nsfw categories, after they comb through and remove games which "violate visa terms" it should be back on track? Hopefully

Well, these are tougher times than usual, so maybe the itch.io page won't be updated for a while now. Probs better to look for other hosters, but that's easier said than done.

It's not as bad as some people think. Itch is the only one who willingly took a nuclear approach, also your game is overall tame i.e. or rape/incest/loli/shota/bestiality which is mostly what was targeted at Steam for instance.

So you can def release on Steam if nowhere else. Don't forget there's always the downloadable patch option too. Black Souls 1 is barely even a functioning game without the patch lmao.
