why are you living in 1994 bro?
You read thing, and without even caring about what you've read, you fantasise about a scenario, then get even more crazy when people decide to not follow you in the stupidity you made up all by yourself...

So, for the last time at destination of the few idiots around there:

At the end of the USSR era, NATO created a program named Partnership for Peace. The goal of this program was to promote cooperation among NATO members and other European countries, especially ex members of the East block. This, among other reasons, in an attempt to bring some stability in this part of the world. Something that worked more or less; things could have gone way worse than the ex-Yugoslavia war.
This have absolutely nothing to do with an integration of the said countries as member of the NATO. The program is not named "hey, wana be part of our club?" for a fucking good reason. Anyway, among the 35 countries that joined, starting 1994, only 16 decided to goes further and to integrate NATO as members.
And it happen that Russia joined this program in 1994. This gave it the exact same status than all other countries members of the program, among which there's Ukraine and there were Finland, period.

Every thing else is just made up bullshit brought on the discussion by peoples who shouldn't talk about something when they don't know shit about it and refuse to learn about it.
