If for some reason the save button has disappeared, try entering a dialogue with an NPC and then exiting it. The button is inactive during dialogues and events.

In fact, in the submissive save that I have, it was only possible when the submission level was below 20%. And only men or lesbian women who are more than 90% gifted can do this. but the ideal is buy the pills if you want something fluent or 3 days of work for the surgery.

I do not understand why there is a choice at the beginning of the game. The game does what it wants and regardless of your selection of settings.
E.g. You choose no shemale and what doesn't happen ..... everywhere they are shemale.

When your roommate describes the city/college/factions at the start he sounds more like an encyclopaedia than student speaking. Maybe mention that he has an official script that he sometimes looks at, to explain why it sounds so formal.
