I could not unlock a few galleries and memory. I choose all the choices which increase the slut points I hope so but still could not manage to unlock the gallery after the 'touch it' one. Can anyone tell me?

This is such a long novel, and there is so much dialogue to click through. It is incredibly frustrating to go through all of it, only to find that an option you'd like to pick is unavailable as a result of some seemingly inconsequential decision made forever ago.

easiest way would be to either pick every slut option , or use URM and edit the slut variable to something like 99

it's a tool alot of people use for AVN's the download is on this site. You just search for the variable can't be more help than that I don't use it often so my knowledge if very limited but the few times I have wasn't all that hard to edit a variable
