Hi,
ya, its pretty much done, except the editing of the text,
making sure there's a new line when there should be, or making sure the text doesn't go offscreen.
most of it is edited, i need to play through it a few more times and make sure I clean up the formatting.

Is it censored?

Yes.
Any Japanese work is censored by Law.
Any work uncensored is usually clearly identified as such when it reach the western market (official port with official uncensor of fan patch uncensoring - it's always said if uncensored somewhere as many westerner find it a mega giga big plus).

Uncensoring depend on how they censor their work :
- Censor is aplied on an uncensored source by the game. It can be unmade with the right software
- Work is injected in the game already censored : censored part need to be fully redrawn, so not really happening (well, maybe AI can do a decent (???) work in lieu of actual artist).
