Honestly, cannot think of a game that focused on foreplay. If the concept is all in on that there's nearly limitless angles.

Having to do a button mash every single time an enemy taps you in a survivors-like game seems like it would get obnoxious really fast.

Okay as a concept demo it is 3/5. There is a slight issue with ending the stage... I put a strategy together, and promptly cleared the 15 minute mark. (Holocure taught me well.) Yet, there was no hint that the progression had stopped. Anything, doubling the sizes of the enemy sprites, progressively speeding up the enemies, making the health bar shrink past a point. Or a little trophy or heart in either corner could have signed the stage was finished. (Also have an auto-mash selection that scales with the PC's level to avoid carpel tunnel)
Aside from that I jest when saying that if it were foreplay only. Surely there will be actual game overs (penetration, orgasm scenes) added later. This is a creative use of AI and I approve of the implementation as long as there is a clear effort in the animations. Finally my last comment for what may fit into things.

More fantasy. Maids, imps, (fallen) angel wings/halos, dragon horns, armored maidens, princesses, and so on. Take inspiration from the Monster Girl Encyclopedia. And take cues from the games that brought in this genre.

Edit: Minor QoL recommendation, have XP items merge so there's less visual clutter.

The XP orbs should be reworked IMO. Right now you collect breasts, the icon is shown as a butt, but it's apparently supposed to be panties? If you're worried the player won't see them, you could add a highlight to the XP Panties.
There's also some potential for ENF with the bosses clothes exploding after defeating them.

fun game, FYI there are no new mobs/bosses past the 10 minute mark (the big pink girl is the last boss atm). I went to 30 minutes just to see if there was an ending but there currently isnt

This shows a lots of potential. As long as the dev focuses on the game's fundamentals they have a basis for a good game and if the porn is well managed an example of well executed AI assisted project.

Ngl for AI the animated scenes are very good. I wonder how much the dev went into redrawing/editing them. Sure, they might not hold up in a full game, but they're still impressive.

The shield get's stronger later on, avoiding bosses & fast enemies, restoring hp, making escaping easier & such, so potentially better for comfortable scene viewing.

Interesting question, there might be a time cap. Maybe after defeating the final boss of a level, combine that with a "Congrats, still a virgin" screen and something which then unlocks the next level. :D

Yeah that's a good point. The game loop I imagined would look like Play game > Get Gold > Trade Gold to get stronger or to unlock animations.
Those animations should have progressions eventually.

No direct plans there tbh. But I agree that it's getting kinda boring to only have the same teasing & enemy types.
What I'm considering is different enemies types that fit to a level, e.g. hell - demons; the void - space girls; but I think that's a bit further off for now :)
