Played this on release and thought it was a neat concept but obviously lacking in content. Personally I am looking forward to the future of this game and seeing what we end up with.

Also as other people have pointed out, I think scenes need a lot more fleshing out. Idk about yall but personally the Overwatch 5 second loop animations never interested me and the same logic applies here. Maybe add a bit of scene progression with increased speed/different voicelines which eventually lead to the climax.

Also it could be interesting later on to see some variety between each enemy. Different hairstyles/positions etc. Overall I love a porn game with actual gameplay in it but be careful not to neglect the porn element of the porn game.

Ideally, the pillow's strikes should show an actual pillow with a waifu on it, but if that isn't feasible/aesthetic, perhaps the addition of a waifu on the pillow can be reflected in the shop/weapon upgrade image.

Also, to up the stakes, the lore/game description should say that your 30th birthday is tomorrow (your lifelong dream of becoming a wizard is within grasp).

Although it's AI CG, it looks good, and the animations definitely help.

I'd say it's personal, many people would prefer to use AI cgs because of it's easy usage, but it kinda looses (life?) to it ?. It's hard to explain, but It kinda feels like cheap animations with high details.

In the other hand, I'd say every artist has an unique genre. You may like it or not, but in the end, it always ends up unique. When I hop into a game, I kinda expect to see new things, hence my disappointment when I saw the premise that looked different and then saw the ai art.

I wouldn't say it looks like shit just because of my personal pref. I do believe some of the ai art looks stunning in there. I just saw potential and was disappointed by the genre of the art.

If it can provide you inspiration on the development of your game, The Shimmering Horizon and Cursed Blacksmith would be the great source of ideas since it has a similar gameplay on a larger scale.

Not everyone is the same tho, everyone has different reasons and mine are just a few among tons of others lol. Everyone has preferences and I'm sure some people will love your game :)

Great to see the progress. Though the drops are a stingy in terms of XP. These Vampire Survivor games are not so much about difficulty though resource scarcity. Generally the difficult should be from dealing with balancing items with weapons. I.E., passives vs immediate damage. I agree with the possibility of unique bosses that'd push players to pick outside of their comfort zone. Though do not make the fights otherwise impossible.

You mean after the update the exp gain is too low?
We did change that, so xp now has a drop chance (60 or 70% instead of 100%).
Reason is that it was more or less possible to beat the game by default with every weapon because of the fast progression, which didn't leave room to add any more item combs.

For the next few updates, among other things, we'll be looking at exactly that - How to add more weapons, stats, items & item synergies.

As for these super hard, impossible bosses - 100% agree.
I'm seeing them as very long term, end game type of content. Perhaps with a lot of dev work in terms of mechanics & sex scenes. Bonus content if you will, nothing important right now.
But yeah, can't expect a new player to know exactly all weapon/item combs from the get go :D

Yes, let me explain. Starting one game, thought that XP drops were broken. With the new spawning system for enemies they felt like they were not dropping. I.E. at the start when the PC only has one weapon and enemies are scarce. Even optimizing, selecting new weapons benefitting from the new enemy behaviors. The level cap was barely reached at the end of the stage. If another set of item are added then these drop chances in my opinion will need to increased back to 90%? If not back to 100%.

That's my thoughts on the game for what they are.
