You take the role of a cute virgin witch who travels the world fighting criminals, cultists, and monsters - many of whom want to do naughty things to her.
While it does take a bit before you can get past all the 'teasing' and get to the 'good stuff,' it does not disappoint. You can't lose your virginity until act 4. While it isn't overly difficult to get to that point, I could see some people finding that frustrating if they are just looking for a quick fix.
Gameplay-wise, it isn't a very difficult game, and the story is actually kinda interesting. But I think most people are playing this for the sex portions, and those parts are quite good if you like doujinshi. There are portions where, if you maintain her virginity but allow her to get into situations where you must resist penetration, it can be quite exciting. This happens often enough by either increasing her lewdness to remove clothing or not using sewing kits on her clothes after they get damaged or destroyed. These 'resist penetration QTEs' also pop up when she gets defeated, as she will try to break free before they penetrate her. I also appreciate that she generally submits to the sex, or it is implied that she enjoys it, before the end of the scene. There are also plenty of scenes outside of combat where she willingly gives herself to someone. Story-wise, it is usually explained away by her not being able to resist her desires any longer, as many men will tease her prior to penetration, or her willingly putting herself into this situation and finally admitting that she is doing it on purpose.
After half a decade, this is still one of my favorites to revisit, and I wish more games like this existed - especially the 'resist penetration' portion which means defeat does not always equal virginity being lost. For anyone not interested in a QTE to avoid penetration, you can turn it off in the settings, either removing resistance (non-resist), always resisting (invincible), or you can try to penetrate her via a reverse QTE (reverse).
Non-resist makes spells like virgin protection/true virgin protection more useful, as it is the only way to keep her virginity safe. This makes her having orgasms during combat (which causes her to lose her virgin protection) far more dangerous/exciting, as she is stunned for a turn, so you can't recast virgin protection until the enemies get another turn. It is also important to avoid penetration, as every man or creature will creampie her. These creampies cause her witch magic, which is incredibly powerful, to stop working.
If you are into games that offer a virgin run option, enjoy RPG games with combat sex, or just want a game with a good variety of ways to watch a cute girl get fucked, this is definitely worth a try.
A tip for anyone trying to do a virgin run, you'll want to get the Ring of Transference from the "Sex Shrine" (North of Wiccaholt) for the very end of the game. You'll need the "Old Key" to access the room (right of the entrance) and 10 bottles of "Maiden's Honey" to summon the treasure chest.
