Anyone here know why VirtualDub only imports 55 images (frames) even though i have 84 imgages?

Cant seem to change the frames settings to allow 84???

Ok let me ask this, alternative that actually free for VirtualDub? Ive googled but not found anyting yet for PC, will try for Linux

Found something called makeavi and some site jarrin.net where both wrote an application. Will test tonight.

According to wikipedia, for still living project for Windows you have : , , , , and apparently (not really sure) .

Blender has a nice sequence editor. You can load image sequences, videos, stills add effects, etc... It's not very straightforward to use but does a nice job.

You can also use ffmpeg (command line) to create videos from images sequences. Very flexible.

Just used MakeAvi works really well and easy to use. Must still play with the compression settings as it's little too aggressive otherwise i love it.
