VN Ren'Py Virus total is pinging this with 2 trojans, are they false positives?

I don't know why a patreon would have trojans in his release but wanna be safe. Though it is interesting since the mega link to it didnt get anything to come up but when I uploaded it, it got the 2 trojan pings

Honestly just switch back to windows defender and install malwarebytes because thats the best to have and won't throw you false positives like this that scare the life out of you...
