I can't remember the names of any characters but it began with a guy coming home from work to his perpetually horny wife. He went to his friend/sister for advice and they had lunch in the park. One of the endings was choosing to stay with the wife, another was fucking the friend at her apartment, a third was the wife getting gang banged. It was fairly short and generic but there were a lot of options to play with along with a gallery for all the endings.
