And where is a good place/places to request eroge translations?

Nope. Aside from the sailor moon game translated, no other orcsoft VN is currently translated - and maybe will never be, who knows. And for asking, there's no such place. The only place is ULMF (technically speaking) but they accepts only RPGMaker games and not VN, for these one's you just have to hope that the one's who does usually the translations (or official publisher or fans which it's them who decide what VN translate, rightly), will take them. Otherwise... translation aggregator and other stuff to play it with a machine translation.

Just copy the japanese title of the game, go to Anime-Sharing and search for the torrent.
Direct link (MEGA and such).. don't hope too much. The only one that you'll find are rapidgator and similar, and unless you have a premium account is literally a suicide.

The tl post on 2018-12-15 had the translation at 92.60%

UPDATE:
Sora: 100%
Nao: 100%
Akira: 92.51% (only scenes not translated are the H-scenes)
Kazuha: 100%
Motoka: 63.98%
Overall: *drumroll* 92.60% of the way there!

Then the downloads were updated 2018-12-19 with a new patch, is that just a partial translating only the Common, Sora, Nao, and Kazuha routes fully? I haven't yet had a chance to playthrough the game with this patch so if anyone wants to check it out or already has then can you post if it's full or partial. If it is still a partial going of the translation progress post it appears as though only Motokas route (~36%) and H scenes in Akiras route are all that's left.

@deathsurfer It may have been translated and edited but not been released yet. You can go to MangaGamers site to keep up with their releases (and it's there where one can buy it) It says there they are currently in progress of editing the images, probably uncensoring them.
