I found the game back on itch somewhere between mid-2019 to early 2020 and found out that it's on here as well, wanted to play the game again but can't seem to remember the name of it.
The game has a monotone or really dark color scheme, the game also has the main rival torturing the main character (iirc the game only mentions the torture and doesn't actually show the torture, might be wrong on this one)
MC has curly hair that's tied to an electric chair and that's all I remember.
