i mean the choice not just straight up give you diffrent ending like choice A main story and choice B bad ending, but is completly give you new route,new choice or maybe new stage and i prefer 2D art

There are actually quite a lot. A few recommendations are:
1) Fate Stay Night is one of the best and works just the way you asked, with Fate, Unlimited Blade Works and Heaven's feel route being totally different. You do have enforced playing order.
2) A fantastic isekai (summon to a new world story) is Duel Savior. It also has a very fun battle system.The story here becomes longer and longer with the different heroines.
3) Rewrite is awesome and after the long common routes, each heroine route is very specific. No sex though.
All this are 2d.
