English isn't built in, so you'll have to use a plugin with BepInEx64 to translate the Japanese into English.
Step 1: Download BepInEx_x64_5.4.22.0.zip from

Step 2: Extract the contents of BepInEx into the Vivi folder so that the shortcut to the game is in the same folder as doorstop_config.ini
Step 3: Run Vivi, then quit out, you should notice new folders inside the BepInEx folder, namely one called "plugins".
Step 4: Download the XUnity.AutoTranslator-BepInEx-5.3.0.zip from

Step 5: Unzip the files and you'll see inside theres some files, place the files inside 'Core' into BepInEx's 'Core' folder, and do the same for 'plugins'.
Step 6: Now run the game, the text should be auto translating after about 1 second of being on the screen.
