Rummaged through the sprites and found this little guy.
He's not referenced anywhere else and is just listed as a graffiti for the minigame for now.

Also, the merchant guy has aan unused Hotspring sprite.

This boy is in the game, he appears in hot springs, which spawn randomly at levels of the tower of mist up to lvl 25, in the same place where the mini-games

That would easily be explained as i've never EVER found a hot spring outside of the top floor, always the minigame...
