Beat the sewer boss but I cant go to L-4. When I try to warp there my game goes white and nothing happens. Do I need to clear tower or something first?
You're probably not playing the "extended" version from Patreon. I had the same issue with the 0.3.1 itch.io version.

So you need to go the Local file to Vivid Dead, and edit the decode the value or name of the savepoint with

Also what is the purpose of the air paint? Where do you use it, randomly just found it in the merchant shop after sewers. Which means it must have some purpose

Tower Of Mist - minigame (20+), complete Tower Of Mist (25) -> "hot springs" (activate triangle to unlock undeground under the water) p.s. you need to trigger gangbang scene with one of girls in "hot springs" to get "cherry blossom" outfit.
