Identify VN Battle game with heroine

Hi there, can't really recall the game but there are more than one under this description that i am interested into

So mainly you play as a evil association which has to fight off the heroines(usually 2), you play in some of them as a squad of different actors (like a tentacle, a clone etc), as the thigs goes on, you usually maange to defeat one of the heroine and subduce them into fighting with you after you corrupt them (some other games it is actually every fight you win they are a bit more corrupted), there is also a side mechanics of base development and research of some tools you will use to corrupt them.
