Utawarerumono trilogy (It has a good gameplay and solid story)
Kamidory Meister Alchemy
Bunny Black I
Eien no Aselia
Seinarukana
Himegari Dungeon Meister
Men at Work 2
Kami no Rhapsody
Amayui Castle Meister
Tears to Tiara

Any other games that have similar gameplay combat? Or even the simulation ones it's OK.

Try Alicesoft games: Sengoku Rance, Rance Quest, Evenicle, Daibanchou: Big Bang Age. Those are the ones I've played, but there are others I'm sure.
