All I can really say is we're in development.
A player will always have their own story.
It's usually just a bit hollow due to being a choose your own adventure type thing. Player outcomes would include similar themes to the ones I listed for Alison. The development of those outcomes would be on par with other vore games, but not to my satisfaction.
I'm hoping to have more developed story to explore start to finish by having a concrete character with a set motive pit against other characters with set motives.
It's the compromise I'm making to keep the player character's motivations open. The better stories I've seen for vore games come with set motivations. A lot of vore games with an exploration theme start with a stated motivation but usually don't actually explore it; it's just there.
Maybe I should describe it as Alison is a side story?
We're at 17 / 45 (9x5) for my goal of characters. We've got a long way to go and many decisions to make until an ending.
