I maxed out all of the girls but looking at the peepshow poses menu I can see a whole bunch of locked poses.
How the hell do you unlock them because I can't figure it out for the life of me.

It seems that they are not real poses, it's just the end of the list is filled with the same locked icon. Also not all poses are available all the time, some depend on the place you choose (if I recall correctly, some threesome poses are only unlocked when the scene with the billiard table is selected).

That makes it super confusing because if you look behind the locked icon you can see a preview thumbnail which looks like a unique pose as well as the characters used in this game but as I said I have finished all flirting quests and even levelled up the studio past 80 to see if the poses would be unlocked elsewhere.

So I guess those are poses from a different game that they left in there or something?

I think they are just scene specific. Only unlocked if a certain scene is selected.
