The current 0.9.16 version, anybody?

FYI.... your not missing out on much in the newer V0.9.16.2. I bought it on steam recently, because it was on sale. I really wanted to see the new beach map and wanted to support the development. (btw I only can play in desktop mode). The new version is very buggy, the models necks will constantly stretch to bizarre lengths when near or in the water. Plus the new version crashes to desktop after playing for 30-60 minutes when on the new map. Real problems exist with the beach map and need to be fixed. In comparison I've never experienced crashes or trouble playing v0.9.15 from here. If I could share it here I would, but the new version requires steam to launch. This v0.9.15.2 here does not. Also the new map has only a single beach chair, only good for screenshots imo.

I mean its not even surprising at this point, its been going on for quite some time at this point, so I just got used to this being the norm sadly and last 10 months barely any uploads of the new versions of the game here also became the norm sadly, but it is what it is, I mean its not like anyone is missing much, the bugs and problems outweigh everything good about this game by a lot at this point, so it is what it is with the state of the game and uploads and all, this will be the forever "" early access beta "" but keeps milking cash as much as possible ofc

Hello, can anyone help me the game crashes immediately when i select any map can anyone help me and upload the last game update if he tried it and playable i appreciate it i tried and downloaded the game almost 7 times the last version 0.9.10 BETA works fine with me but i need to try the new update and see what is new appreciate it

What´s your graphics card? Have you tried running it as administrator?

it's 2060 super, and no i didn't as i run the 0.9.10 beta and older versions normally without administrator but i'll try it now thanks for the reply

That's kinda weird, I've been using every version from the game for the past two years with not problem at all beyond the bugs of the game itself. You also could check if Windows Defender is blocking the game to run, (when I run the newest version for the first time Defender pop-up and block the game as dangerous).

Other potencial workaround could be to check your graphics card settings to see if you have some problematic configuration there. Also check if there's updates available for it and otherwise you could completely wipe up your video drivers usind DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller) and make a newer clean install.

The strangest thing is that you mentioned that previous versions of TVS run flawlesly... You can also try to arrange problems in your system running a CMD instance as administrator and use the commands SFC /scannow and DISM, that could help.
Let us know how it goes.

Do you still have the previous copy? Does it still run without crashing?

If no, yes, your system is borked out and something is wrong.

If yes, it's more likely the developer has updated the build with a newer version of Unity and maybe you're missing a software dependency for some new fancy feature. Could be out of date or missing package from DirectX, vcredist, .NET framework, graphics driver...

Have you tried disabling upscaling before loading?

I would assume you wanted to write A.I. meaning A.I. conversations - so they purposely made them subscription based, so they can actually charge more money for the game, so I would be really surprised if you find a way to use the A.I. conversations without paying every month for it.

i did it as i mentioned in my last reply i tried all the fixes and i read the crash.dmb file using dmb files reader and searched for the error code also but nothing fix it i think it's because my old CPU maybe as it's i7 7th but still i didn't reinstall the windows yet as i have my work files i need to save and so many things also i think maybe it will fix it or i can play the older version

yes i have it and it's works great and i do reinstall everything .net, vcredist, directx, but the one thing i didn't update is the graphics card driver as i do update it two days ago and i got some issues with other games i play so i delete it with DDU and install the previous one , is the game works fine for you with the last update ?
