So. I decided to upload the finished game right away, last time it really seemed like the wrong files were specified, I was already confused, so I just packed the working build.
To run the game you need to change the system time in windows to 24 October 2022 or later. The game itself is launched from /SSE/SmartSteamLoader_x64.exe, if you run the game simply from VRParadise.exe you will get a demo version.
I added an archive with CMD files that will automatically change the date and launch the game. The script will wait until you have played enough. You can't change the date right away, because the game checks the date when you exit to the main menu. After you have played enough, just press "anykey" to end the script. The time will return to real time.
Who is afraid that these are viruses and I will steal all his files and money. Then change the date yourself.
October 24, 2022 - Normal Game
October 30, 2022 - Halloween
December 24, 2022 - Christmas

lmfao, that's fair, thanks for letting me know! I'll just stick to the current vr games I've been playing lol
To be fair, the game has been around for a long time. It was fairly novel when it was released against other VR titles, as that level of detail was pretty good for the time.
I'm personally fine with how the devs leaned into DLC (they need to actually make money to keep making content), but they also started pushing NFT stuff pretty hard. That wasn't great. It would be hard to recommend it now.

bro, i played it and it work.
you just download the folder, put it in your desktop (why not?), then you go down right to your pc screen, click on time, uncheck "auto set time" and change the time to 24 october 2022 (or others dates mentionned) , and you launch the game by using the smart steam emu .exe (in smart steam emu folder, obviously).
it launch straigth up, work good, and no limit.
when you launch it, there only a 30 sec demo dance as tutorial, then you got full game with all clubs and shit.
there is not even anything to instal on your pc, you can just clic and launch directly.
as for outdated... i suppose yes, as we can only go to 2022. but the content beyond that is close to nothing added.
if i could post videos here, i would post a video to show how to launch it... but i dont have the "rights" for videos.

As for the content, they only added a toilet and a locker room, which are problematic to get into. It also seems that they added some more suits, which are of little use. Also, the licensed version has worse performance than this version.

all neede is to change your pc time to october 2022 or else as mentionned (depending on the theme you want, halloween, christmas etc..).
do it manually, in windows 11 you just have to uncheck the auto-time button, and when you'r finish, you turn back on that button and your good to go. (changing date in pc will lock multiples things lkike internet connection etc...)
Anyone have an issue where the game loads fine but doesn't launch in vr? I've tried a couple of ways to make it launch but it only either crashes on startup when used in SteamVR or launches in windowed desktop mode in Windows Mixed Reality which you obviously can't play it in. I guess I didn't follow the instructions well enough? I'm using a Reverb G2 btw.
