VR Porn Game

Hey, me and a couple friends who have game development backgrounds decided to start working on a porn game together. What is the perception of VR games right now? Do people want them? We are wanting to make a VN style slow burn game in VR, but are concerned that no one would want it. Any opinions/advice is greatly appreciated!

Sounds like a very ambitious project for a very limited potential user base.
Adequate visuals at acceptable fps to avoid motion sickness with a non fixed view point so can't hide clipping issues and have to fill entire scene with props etc.

I want VR games in general but i don't own a VR device and probably never will because screw Facebook.

Also, you have to describe your game proposal in much greater detail, especially regarding fetishes and features, for anyone to know if they would be interested.

Don't do it. People want them, but the whole PC VR adult games market is probably less than 100k users. So, even if your game is really good, you can sell 1000-3000 copies of your game, not more.
The mobile market (Oculus Quest) is bigger, but it is crazy hard to make a good-looking adult game for mobile devices.

Compare it to ordinal visual novels. If you make a typical incest VN game with DAZ characters, your target audience would be more than a few million people.
