This isn't a content choice, it's for determining if he is "strong" or "passive". As you can see from the picture the game is asking which one he is looking forward the most. It's not asking what he is into exclusively. He is going to enjoy both regardless which path the game is on. The answer just adds two points towards the respective path and does nothing else.

Can I ask something? Why am I always getting error when on the beach day 3? I can't progress the game at all. Is it a bug or something?
I noticed something really really dark about this story I don't even know if that was intended or no
So the MC when he told the truth about his fetish to her the FMC she didn't take that long too adjust to it also it doesn't happen in real life and it's just a 2D game however if you think about it
The FMC grew up in a house where she saw her mom Freya having sex with other men after her dad became a monster of power so it seems Ammie only saw her dad giving slight the affection or the Attention to her mom when she did a deal which indicates fucking other men
It's just my assumptions but I think she got trauma dumped by her dad and her mom growing up to see that she will only receive affection if she does like what her mom did to her father so that is why she adjusted to the fetish real quick it might be so fucked up but that might be a part of it
But after a while it turned into addicton the addiction of her husband watching not the sex itself because she already have a hung husband and she fucked different men too but she seems to be getting more aroused at the audience of her husband
So it's fucked up but she can't to back to normal relationships after that not because of the arousal it's because of the addiction
It seems the author understand this concepts very well so I might assume the story is deliberate and what makes it even more believable about her trauma is the physical resemblance between the MC and her dad which ticked her daddy issue literally when she first saw the MC working at the cafe and the same reason Freya seems interested in him because he resemble her husband a younger version the one who used to love her

You're giving waaaaaaaay too much credit to someone whose writting during a sex scene can be summed up to random grunting noises with a pinch "fuck...!", "fuck me!" and "fuck yeah!" on the side.
Dude can't even decide the direction the game is going, much less that long of psychological web of intricacies for plot/world building. I'm 100% sure Saxxonado is just making stuff up as he goes.

Again, the choice at the beginning doesn't actually change anything. There is no other route, the choice only changed some very minor flavor text but even that is mostly gone. As for the rest of your post I would simply say that not everyone self-inserts. The only thing I care about is a consistent story where characters make decisions in a way that fits the character.
Honestly this is the hard truth why is 70 percent of the games sex between husband and wife ?
Isn't this supposed to be a netorase game the only time these games need vanilla bs is only at the beginning for story build up and sometime when she comes to report it not 1 netorase sex then 2 episodes of fucking the husband and people say how is this vanilla really funny how doms view this game
I see a lot of people complaining about too much vanilla or ntr while my problem was that the sex scenes with the husband were perfect, the writing is pretty realistic, the art is good but the sex scenes of the wife with other men are pretty bad overall in the newer updates. By that i am talking about perspective and POV stuff and positions like make it the same quality as the husband it will be so good then. I hope the devs sees this and changes things. Also the animated scene while pretty mid was a welcome addition.
Sadly as long as the sex with others are fake and she doesn't giving in enjoying it for real not just putting up an act it will remain shallow i mean who the hell says i love you to another man while getting fucked to oblivion unless it's just an act and this shit sucks only having 4 nts sex scenes compared to the 10000 times she has sex with her husband and all those 4 are fake
