Honestly not much. Toto seems to be working on it still, but at the same time seems to be working on commission work as well so don't get excited. Though here are some old WIP.
Also this might have been mentioned, but I didn't see it. It seems to be taking more time since Toto seems to want to make the game in Unity and is learning how to code it and is getting the realization that they might have been too ambitious with new gameplay ideas. Since the old idea was pick the right choice and get the scene, while now they seem to want to make it a 'dating sim?' I'm not entirely sure. Either way the game seems to be worked on, but Toto seems to fallen into that trap of game making of "eyes bigger than your stomach," problem.
Yup, just do the patreon thing, you know, check the thread yearly to see if there's a 0.00... ...000... ...001 update or if it's completely abandoned.

On the other you are giving a free pass to devs/authors to dick around however long they want as long as they finish something before they pass away.
And you can bet your ass that 90% of them will take advantage of that.

At this point I wouldn't doubt that if somone actually critisizes Toto, the guy might actually just lock his twitter and cancel it because we are 'ungrateful'.
The seems to be the vast majority of <10 dev nsfw games so far.

Well, finally more images of the DEMO (man I can't stress this enough, I know Toto is the only guy doing the whole thing), but also it irks me knowing that, aside from this, Bear With Me (with the sexy lumberjack bear woman) his other game (still in progress) was released a good while ago... and that, as well is still a demo, ugh, something that potentially may get finished, although I'm not holding my breath anytime soon.
