Rumble Roses was pushing the limits at the time actually. It aged pretty well.
This game has some very questionable rigging and visuals. Reminds me of those throwaway hentai games that guy spammed on steam only slightly less offensive to the eyes (only slightly)
Maybe it'll get better?

nearly everything in the game appears to be untextured (or with flat maps) except a few things and everything is incredibly flat looking due to it. I'm surprised he didn't even use a toon shader with how flat everything is. Also it's not UE
