dev already replayed, but to answer it for now yes ! in a later update a quest for the other 2 will be available to unlock them !

How come everytime I delete a RPG game from my computer and re-download them, It erases my saved games? this game isn't the only one it's happened to.

RPGMaker games have the save location in the game folder, usually in %gamefolder%/www/Saves

Yes, that's because the saves are in the game folder. When you delete the game, you're deleting the save along with it.

No, if you want to keep the saves you have to manually back the saves up before you delete the game.
