Closest I can think to Manila is this. I guess Selena too for female-MC modern-setting crime-solving, but there's no combat, only puzzles. And it's sadly abandoned.
This one is my fav for corruption and gameplay, but it's very different.
This has good H-scenes but lame gameplay.
If you happen to have Fallout 4, I recommend
KP and SR have more freeform corruption based on battlefuck mechanics.
Barony Sengia games like this have decent gameplay with exploration and some nonlinearity.
