Hasn't been updated since 2022, so why would it be removed?
I'm confused. Why is there such a big gap between the thread's update date and the game's release date? That's what led me to assume the release date was inaccurate.

Anyone have a guide for this? I keep losing my 2nd or 3rd battle no matter who I fight
after my first battle I spent all my money on potions and barely beat her again, then i was too poor to do so again.

Potions are a trap, most of the time. Money-wise, that is. And after a tiny bit you won't need them in fights either.

There are two ways to recover health in-between fights:

1) rent a room

2) talk with the trainer dude sitting at one of the table and train to get levels

If you have the money for it, it's better to train and gain a level, then go back to fighting. Rent a room if you don't have the money for a level.

Once you get your Dominance high, talk with the Noble lady. She'll offer you money in exchange for lowering your Dominance. That can get you a lot of money.

Also, buying better equipment is important.

I'd advise you to start over with a new save, it'll be easier that way.

EDIT: After a while you'll unlock an option at the purple-haired receptionist where she proposes to make the fighting girls not take MC seriously, lowering their levels. You should absolutely take her on her offer and pay to lower at least the redhead's level to the maximum possible.

Then by that point you should be powerful enough to beat her quick, several times, without risk and without needing to heal between rounds. That'll get you a good bit of money.

Thank you for posting this advice. I usually avoid buying consumables in any game I play but especially this one since losing money can put you in a debt spiral very easily (Which I suspect is a feature and not a bug for this game).

I didn't know you regained health after training. The last time I picked up this game I maxed out my training as soon as I could to beat the red head's butt.

The brothel owner in Loyal Demise is also amazing
I just found out about this game, and was immediately disappointed it's another battle tactics game like Heelfall.

Unfortunately, it's a very grindy game. You have to build up your stats at the beginning or you'll lose quickly. And no way to cheat that I know of. Maybe someone uploaded a save you can search for.

Not kidding about it being grindy. I grinded Yulan's night training until level 10 and I still got obliterated.

But I saw the merchant CG and I'm determined to see her scenes.

IIRC I had to grind to level 20 or above. I don't understand why you would design your game that way, it's not fun and just a waste of time.

Oh one more tip, in the bedroom of the advisor (I think - haven't played it for a while) you can search a pot or something and get an item you can use again and again to increase your strength. Highly recommended.

Are you talking about the advisor in the eavesdrop scene? If so great tip, I didn't know about that.

Also the game is not only very grindy but very awkward to play, especially if you're used to RPGmaker games. This is most obvious in the bedroom scenario where you had to finish at least three "turns" just so you could get to your bed and sleep.

Dunno exactly would have to replay it. It's one of the first scenes where you are in a bedroom or something and you can search pots or chests and find an item. Using it increases your power, but it doesn't leave you inventory. You can use it as many times as you like, and even give it to other characters to increase their power as much as you want.
