so how much time is a season? like the mc says at a point that 2 seasons passed so i'm curios does that mean 6 months? or 2 years?

As a rule, every year has 4 seasons. Every season has 3 months. The dev has made no indication that the game takes place in a world where t hose standards are different, so if two seasons have passed, then it's a total of six months.

why was the name of Luce's oldest sister changed from Vivian to Cordelia?? is there a reason for that or are they two separate people..

well yes, in the first game we were introduced to the 3 Gracen sisters. this is why im confused

-Vivian Gracen the oldest, who is currently missing.
-Baroness Joana Gracen, the second oldest. who snuck into the academy and was caught.
-and Lunette Gracen. who tried to sleep with us during a party while drunk.

with Luce Gracen being the youngest.

now the game is talking about someone called "Cordelia", which is where im not sure who that is...

is Cordelia the same person as Vivian, or is it another new sister that we are just hearing about now.

That's a mistake. It should be Vivian.

so how is this sequel supposed to work? save transfer? assumed 'cannon' choices? onle set in the same world and not directly related to the first? fill a questionnaire at start? other?

If you play the final version of WA (which IIRC is 2.0.3) all the way to the end, it will create a special save that WO will automatically pick up. The main piece of info passed across is which girl you chose to take to your tent at the festival.

I didn't check in the original Wartribe Academy thread in a while so forgot about the game a bit and only checked it out yesterday.
Finding out MrRooster had continued a new game as sequel, I jumped right into it.

Some thoughts after completing the update (tried to be constructive, citing the good, but also areas which could be improved);

That's a definite must. I think there are some significant issues with some of the early scenes already, so why don't I just go do that now and nip it in the bud.

This doesn't seem to be a game that people talk about a lot, but if anyone is interested this is my take so far on Parts I and II (bearing in mind that I'm pretty sure I don't feel the way Rooster intended for us to.
