Honestly i'm more put off by rigid 3D stock asset goblins prerendered in a game that takes up 20GB for 5 gifs because the dev can't into data compression, low effort stuff has always been around. If used well AI tools can produce good creative results, the most important thing is to avoid the default "trending on artstation" look that was very popular when AI came around. It was kind of weird to see one of the most popular and demanded artstyles go from "beautiful masterpiece" to "AI slop" in a matter of weeks, really makes you understand supply and demand.
As others have said, if everything is properly tagged you can just filter out AI stuff when you get tired of it.
