Seeking We'd like some recommendations for VNs!

We (by which I mostly mean I, myself, Mal, what-have-ya) would really like to experience some new visual novels, as we (again, mostly I...) just can't get enough of them. What can I say, I've got a voracious appetite for smutty stories! :ROFLMAO:

Now I'm not entirely sure what the etiquette here is (aside from NOT asking for certain types of games, ahem ahem), so I suppose I may as well just list a few of the games I've already sampled and enjoyed, and people could recommend stuff based on those, I guess? Again, really not sure what the "proper form" is here, so I'll edit the thread if I've done goofed up. (And I think I'll also just drop all pretense and admit that this is mostly for my own enjoyment, since my partner Liz barely has the time for VNs currently.)

Anyway, some games I've thoroughly enjoyed over the years include (but are definitely not limited to), in alphabetical order:

* Corrupted Love
* Cosy Cafe
* Dating My Daughter
* Desert Stalker
* Grandma's House
* Harem Hotel
* (occasionally also called "Insexual Awakening," for some weird bloody reason...)
* Parental Love
* Sisterly Lust

As for kinks I'd like included, I'll list a few I prefer, but they don't need to all be present. There are of course others I enjoy too, but I won't list all of them since many are just too specific and/or niche to bother mentioning.

* Incest
* Lolis (of an appropriate, forum-approved age, I'll stress!)
* Male protagonist (not required, just preferred!)
* Harem-style romance (I'm too much of a slut to choose just one girl in these games)
* Wholesome sexual content (so, you know, fully consensual and all)
* Soft femdom (think more "dommy mommy" instead of "leather-clad dominatrix"...but the latter can be fun too, at times)

And last but not least, I'd be remiss if I didn't list a few things I actively avoid in visual novels, or even just ero-games in general. So the elements listed below are things I don't like and don't want. Just to be perfectly clear. ;)

* Censorship
* NTR/cheating
* "Hard" rape (meaning Character A brutally beating down Character B to, you know, actually rape them)
* Gay-themed sex (not counting futa, femboy, trans, or any other type of feminine character sporting a dick; that stuff's all peachy for me!)
* Ugly protagonists (because I'm beautiful, baby, and I want my character to reflect that!)
* Step-cest instead of incest (it's all just fantasy anyway, so why dilute it? But if it's both then I guess it's...fine?)
* Scat/vomit/piss focus
* AI art (arguably, it's even more gross to me than the previous entry in the list! :LOL:)
* More or less any story where the MC is an abusive, hateable asshole

...And I'd reckon that's all I can really say on the matter. Again, apologies if I'm "not doing this right" as I've never posted this kind of thread before. There didn't seem to be any specific recommended formatting though, so I'm hoping this is okay. Cheers in advance y'all!

Addendum: If you'd like to recommend something for Liz, then please keep in mind that she only ever plays VNs with either female or futa protagonists, largely or wholly lesbian-oriented content, and heavily story/character focussed ones at that. Her current favourite one is Futagenesis Unveiled, but I've also caught her enjoying Having a HARD Time and Rise of the White Flower.

The first two look really promising (so to speak), so I'll definitely have to add them to my list. The third one though (i.e. Warlord)... The tags say it uses AI imagery, and I've got this tremendous hatred of the stuff. To what extent is it used in the game?

If you can do with rpgm and 2dcg (I hope you can), I'd really, really recommend you
And this light-hearted harem story with a very cool art
And as for siscest, what about trying this simple but wholesome japanese vn with good art and translation?

i think the ai imagery in question is only some of the background images. maybe enhancing the characters a little. but the story is quite good. i wouldn't compare it to any other game with the aicg tag on here at all :)

Well one of the games I listed (Incestual Awakening) has some absolutely smashing 2D stuff going for it, and I've enjoyed quite a few others featuring it too, like Roundscape Adorevia, Inn Another World, Goblin Waifu... The list goes on, really. Yeah, so I don't mind a 2D style at all, as long as it's not AI generated. (I really just can't stand that stuff in particular.)

Anyway. I'll have to have a look at the games you listed, but I'm just about 99% certain that I've actually already tried Eternum at some point. The name seems familiar, anyway...

Edit: Actually, I'm now 100% certain I haven't played Eternum at all. I guess I must have simply seen it and just vaguely remembered it.

Edit #2: Seems the first game you suggested is even made by the same beautifully perverted bloke that made Sisterly Lust, one of my all-time favourites. I'll definitely have to remember that one!

Edit #3: Okay, I probably should have added in the OP that I have a general "thing" about censorship... I'm really not fond of it. So that last game you suggested sadly doesn't cut it for me, but thanks anyway. :)

if you really like rpgm's, then RPGM - Completed - The Artifact Part One [ICCreations] is a must. oh, part 2 and 3 is also on here. it's an oldie but goodie :whistle: Eternum is one of the greatest stories ever made, can't wait for more updates.

Weeeeell... To be perfectly honest with you, I tend to avoid games made with the RPGM engine. There have only been a scant few I've enjoyed at all, and in 100% of those cases it's been entirely in spite of the engine. I'm just not big on the faux SNES style those games tend to effect. It simply doesn't mesh well with porn in my opinion. And, well, if the games don't do the whole top-down walk-around-for-hours-on-end thing... Well, then why even use the RPGM engine to start with, ya know? :unsure:

lmao! yeah. i agree with you. i prefer renpy and 3d/3dcg myself. hoping for more remakes of more rpgm's as the story itself, and sometime renders are quite good :) get a flashback of playing Zelda in my youth :p

Whilst I appreciate the suggestion, I must say that this one very much does not look like my cup of tea. The rather grim and predatory 'vibe' of it, as it were, makes it seem wholly unappealing. I am also not very fond of 'animeesque' visuals. Nevertheless, I thank you for the effort, if not the result.

Based on the criteria provided, I can suggest the following:

1 ) My New Family - https://f95zone.to/threads/my-new-family-christmas-special-killer7.35957/

This one is pretty incest-focused. Three half-sisters, mother, a cousin, aunt, and grandmother, as well as many other LIs. Definitely a harem game. I wouldn't say there are any lolis, but there are LIs whose breasts are small. I personally prefer small boobs, so I'm a happy camper on that front, lol. Some of the characters have HUGE ones, though. Also the game is wholesome af!

2 ) Bare Witness - https://f95zone.to/threads/bare-witness-steam-build-alterworlds.79512/

The MC of this one is very likeable in my opinion, and you CAN have a "harem" ending if you go for either "HAM" or "MASH" ending. I recommend "MASH" because that has incest (cousin). No loli content here, but it's wholesome and the whole thing is very well-made in my opinion.

3 ) Once in a Lifetime - https://f95zone.to/threads/once-in-a-lifetime-v1-0-caribdis.37470/

The game created by the same dev who has been working on Eternum. I love this game. There is a lot of content, the story is interesting, and you get a big harem at the end. As for the incestuous content, it's been a while since I last played it so my memory is hazy now, but you have either half-sisters or straight-up sisters, and also your mother (unless she's your stepmom). I can't remember exactly. But the two sisters are among my favourite girls from the game.

Since you have included DMD in your OP, how about another game by MrDots? The basic objective of the game is pretty much the same, so you shouldn't get any weird surprise here. Instead of making your daughter a successful model for DMD, here for Sunshine Love, your goal is to turn your (sister's) hotel into a five-star establishment. Again, I wouldn't say "loli" but some of the girls have small breasts. I don't think you can go for a full harem type ending with this one, but at least you can aim for some throuple endings. I got one of them involving the MC, his half-sister, and her cousin, so the incestuous element is there, too.

5 ) Now & Then - https://f95zone.to/threads/now-then-v1-00-0-ilsproductions.51634/

No incest or loli here, but you can get a nice harem ending, though, you might need to use your imagination a little bit at the very end. Otherwise, this one is one of my all-time favourites. The MC is the most admirable of all of the ones from the games I've mentioned above. He's older with an adopted daughter, so at least he's in his 30s, or maybe even 40s. That works out for me since I'm an old fart myself, so it's easier for me to immerse this way, lol. Some people think the story is a bit too heavy for their liking, though.

6 ) AlwaysFan - https://f95zone.to/threads/alwaysfan-v1-0-atemx-games.112027/

There are three routes for this game, and I've only played the "love/romantic/harem" route. That's probably what you might be interested in, at least for your first playthrough. You get to experience something truly sweet and wholesome this way. No incest or loli, though. But you get a big harem. I opted out of including two girls into my harem. I don't want to give away any spoilers in case you might deside to play this at some point, but let's just say one of them doesn't have a very significant role in the story (but has big boobs, lol), while the other, despite having small boobs, belongs to the MC's best friend. xD

Other than that, I can confirm on the SuperWriter's games. I have played all of his completed games, and Secret Summer is definitely one of my favourites out of all of his stuff. I've also played Long Live the Princess and can confirm that it's pretty good, too.

Oh man, how have I never heard of even half the games being suggested here?! I used to think I had a pretty decent breadth of knowledge and experience with story-based smut, but hooh bananas was I obviously wrong to think that. Anyway, thanks a bunch (of bananas :LOL:) for all the suggestions so far, guys. Keep'em cumming if you please! I've got quite a bit of time on my hands while Liz and I are looking to start up our own little project, so I may as well fill my days with all the AVNs I can.
