honestly it is not clear, there is no couple, they are 4 friends, who fuck, even with others. that's all.

I really think that without a real love interest and relationship between the main characters, NTR/NTS doesn't work, it's not even that I think so, it's the true definition of Netorare.
For someone to take advantage of a girl and it's tagged as NTR/NTS, that girl has to love the main character as much as he loves her, otherwise it's not NTR/NTS

This is demonstrably false. The female character only has to feel a level of affection/attachment towards the MC, it doesn't need to be romantic.

At least 50% of NTR manga involves a friend that the MC has a crush on, or a family member like a Mom. You might *prefer* NTR where the female is dating/married to the MC but it's not the only definition of NTR.

As long as there's a sexual or romantic interest in a girl by the mc, NTR works. They don't have to be a real couple.
