Thanks for that! Well, that explains why the people that got the game from here are having issues seeing the menu item after completing the game. I have the original JP version from DLSite, running through MTool for translations. Funnily enough though, somewhere in the save file, stores that call, because when I loaded up cypher's save, it still wouldn't unlock it even though, variable and switch wise, we had the same files.
Yeah, I figured something like that was happening. If that didn't work, my next question would have been "Were you running the Japanese version at any point in time?".

I think it is only set the first time you speak to the green man when you become number 1, but it won't attempt to set it again when/if you speak to him again (the conversation changes another switch or var, dunno which).
Fortunately I had a save where I was 1st but didn't speak to him yet. I replaced "CC_UNLOCK Standing picture undressing" by "CC_UNLOCK 立ち絵脱衣", reloaded, talked to the guy, and sure enough, got the option.

only if you wanted to play again, do what he suggested and use a save editor to change the variable in the config file.

hah, funnily enough, I couldn't get the free version of mtool to work on MGQP, translation file was too big.

shows it actually hits 4 different venders, but I've looked around a little and apparently node.dll has a habit of doing this in rpgmaker games? I'm no computer wiz but from what I understand here, it looks like some antivirus programs can't tell the difference between a .dll or .exe writing/reading off the memory or doing so remotely and flag it as nefarious. Does inseminating change anything? The act of successfully doing so, I mean (and having it properly registered in the menu).
I felt like I could 100%/100% the entire thing, but still had most of the girls left unfertilized by the end (since it seems to be somewhat random).
I'm not even sure if it changes conversations at all. Haven't noticed any changes anyway.

it's a flat 25% chance of inseminating anyone. And as you found out, no, there is no change or reward for inseminating everyone.

I am 100% sure this is bullshit. most girls literally won't implant even after literally 100 times. and girls who come in pairs, you can impregnate the second girl even if you don't even fuck her, but the first girl will almost never succeed (worse chances than girls on their own.

Don't shoot the messenger! lol
All I can say you must of had some very bad luck. I can only go by my ending stats, but I had a total ejaculation count of 236, out of the 38 girls, that comes to roughly 16%, so definitely in line with the 25% chance per girl. But kudos for you go though that with each set of screwing once, exiting, checking, and then doing it again. You have a hell of a lot more patience than I have for it!
Just to be clear, insemination chance is evaluated only once per session, at the end (this is the part that says "a judgment will be made once at the end of the breeding").
Whether you inseminate a girl once or 100 times during a single session, she will still only have 25% chance to be inseminated once you exit the scene. So you can fill Mei with an amount of cum the volume of Lake Michigan and still have her safe at the end.
This is consistent with my own tests once I realized that (although it did still take a few days of entering-cumming-exiting for Sayaka and one of the two whores).
