Hate to say it, but I have a feeling this game is going to sit for a while. I'm all for letting them cook... but there's cooking to a decent/great result, and then there's cooking yet still...
Also, wtf at all the acronyms. I had to search what HRIV was and google swore it was a sexually transmitted disease.
Is this serious? I already find this game super slow and to be honest a little boring but it's not bad at all but with these plans for the future I'm going to drop the game right here it won't be able to do it All these new mechanics, which in my opinion and I'm sure in the opinion of many others are completely useless and unnecessary, will only delay the game.
I have to say, there is no way that the developer is going to be able to implement more than a handful of those changes, unless, and ONLY unless they bring in a couple skilled individuals to share the workload. Ideally, they would let go of the attachment to the many minigames in favor of economizing their time spent developing the art and story instead. What they currently have in terms of art is cute, and what they already have in terms of story and setting is good. I fear that they will focus too much in too many directions, and fizzle out. I have seen it happen too often. One of the roadmap ideas I liked a LOT so far was the Free Will section, where the characters would sometimes seek you out to hug you, or interact with you. That particular mechanic doesn't seem very common. Another was the other sections regarding behavioral alterations based on horniness levels. Here's hoping the dev ditches some of the more.... complex ideas in favor of doubling down on the story and characters for once. I have my doubts, but also, I have patience, and a tiny bit of hope.
I sadly, don't really have hope. He's been told by supporters on itch and his pateron to do away with the dance mini-game, but it only takes one or two ass-kissers telling him what he wants to hear (that it's fine) to double and triple down on keeping the dance mini-game idea active. And seem damn determined to add as many ideas and mini-games as possible to this game.
He's not gonna be able to do much with it, it wasn't even made by him. And a game like that is only good if it actually syncs up with the music.
