You're literally offered the option to skip past prologue/early content within moments of starting. Heck, the prologue stuff is the tutorial.

fr, I haven't played this yet (doesn't seem substantial enough yet), but seeing "new character" in any games changelog makes me much less interested in a game. I'm not sure if developers know this. It's just a sign that the game will probably end up as bloated trash. Time will tell.
