Seeking Western games with Gameplay? Management? Combat? that has decent amount of content.

Most of the games I find that have interesting gameplay are kind of empty without much content.
What do you think are the western games with the most content and gameplay?
Something like Peasant Quest, Damsels and Dungeons, Ravager, but the don't need to be specially about Combat.
It can be Manger, Brothel Sim, Trainer, Puzzles, they just need to have some form of Gameplay and decent amount of content.

It's a real shame that No Haven is basically unplayable with its engine.

Though not my thing personally, it sounds like The Last Sovereign has asstons of content and playtime.
iNSight of you is a personal favorite. Hours of almost entirely-animated hardcore maledom (at least past the kinetic novel part).
Overwhored is good if you like mind-control/mind-break.
Witch Trainer Silver Mod of course, though you probably know that one.
Karryn's Prison is another well-known one that's nearing completion.
